Job summary

Young Life is seeking a Staff Associate to cultivate ministry initiatives for middle school students in the greater Broomfield area, with a focus on mentorship, discipleship, and building strong connections with kids, parents, and the community to foster growth in faith and character.

You will participate in training, lead youth activities, help recruit and support volunteer leaders, and coordinate programs such as clubs, Campaigners, and camps.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct ministry.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Spiritual Development — lead and support activities fostering prayer, study and faith formation.
• Leadership Development — recruit, train and supervise volunteers and leaders.
• Resource Development — assist in donor care, events and community engagement.
• Direct Ministry — plan and run club, Campaigners and camp activities with a team.
• Ministry Support — handle administration, data, and strategic planning within policy.
