Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency with computers and social media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow youth ministries that evangelize, disciple, and foster spiritual development.
• Plan and lead youth programs, Bible studies, camps, retreats, conferences, and character-building activities.
• Support worship services, devotions, and midweek ministries for spiritual growth.
• Build Christ-centered relationships with children, youth, families, volunteers, and participants.
• Coordinate volunteers and provide training and supervision as needed.
• Assist with fundraising and outreach campaigns supporting youth ministries.
• Maintain program records and prepare required reports.
