Job summary

Lutheran Services is seeking a Youth Mentor to support young people aged 10–25 through NDIS-funded programs in Woodridge. You will lead and facilitate group activities, provide tailored one-on-one mentoring, and help participants achieve personal goals.

Responsibilities include evaluating programs, maintaining accurate case notes, and collaborating with families and community services. A current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Clearance, and a valid QLD driver's license are required.

Youth Mentor (Youth Mental Health and Disabilities Support)

Our Intercept Community Services team delivers Youth Mental Health and Disabilities Support program is designed to help young people aged 10–25 with NDIS plans to achieve their goals through mentoring and group programs. We tailor individual plans to give young people what they need, because we understand that, first and foremost, they are young people with dreams, goals, and ambitions.

Location: Woodridge

Role Type: Casual Positions (Monday and Wednesdays | 9:30 am - 1:30pm)

Remuneration: $46.18 - $50.38 ph (includes 25% casual loading) +Salary packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits
