Job summary

Westgrove in Michigan is seeking a Youth Mentor to work 1:1 with mental health recipients in their homes, providing support, encouragement, and skill-building activities. You will also help them develop practical life skills and confidence in daily routines, leveraging a patient, compassionate approach.

This role involves community outings to advance personal goals outside the home, with a flexible schedule, paid training, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
