Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, helping with skill-building and community activities.

You will support individuals with varying abilities, follow care plans, and coordinate with families and caregivers to foster growth, independence, and positive goals.

This position offers paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to welcome new teammates into our inclusive, caring culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow documented care plans and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in clients' homes.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
