Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking Youth Mentor candidates to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, supporting skill-building activities and community participation.

Ideal applicants are compassionate, reliable, with strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans while working independently. A valid driver's license and background checks are required; positions offer flexible schedules and weekly pay.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Youth Mentor to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
