Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities.

You will also accompany recipients into the community to help grow personal goals outside the home, with flexible full- and part-time schedules and a supportive team.

Applicants should be compassionate, patient, dependable, with strong communication, able to follow care plans, and pass background checks; must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
