Job summary

Discovery Ranch South in Utah is seeking a part-time team member to support teenage students in a therapeutic, experiential setting. You will participate in activities like horseback riding, hiking, and climbing to help students progress on their healing journey within a residential program.

Located near Cedar City, this role requires teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to handle weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Valid Utah driver’s license within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Help teenage students in a therapeutic setting as they progress on their healing journey.
• Engage in experiential therapy activities such as horseback riding, skiing, hiking and rock climbing to build rapport and support progress.
• Work with families and students as part of a healing team in a residential, relationship-based program.
