Job summary

EverHope is seeking a energetic Youth Support Staff member to provide daily care, supervision, and mentorship to residents in a safe, structured environment. This full-time swing shift role runs Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and offers training with no prior specialized experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Pass required background, child maltreatment, and drug screening.
• Comfortable working in an active environment with children and teens.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and engage with youth in daily activities.
• Provide supervision and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Support behavioral, emotional, and developmental growth.
• Collaborate with counseling, education, and case management staff.
• Transport residents to appointments or activities as needed.
• Participate in required trainings and team meetings.
