Job summary

EverHope is seeking a dedicated Youth Support Staff member for a full-time swing shift in Bentonville, AR. You will provide daily care, supervision, and mentorship to residents, helping them grow and stay safe.

No specialized experience required; training provided. Candidates must be 21+, HS diploma, valid driver’s license, pass background and drug screening, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Pass required background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working with children and teens in active environments.
• Able to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and engage with youth in daily activities
• Provide supervision and help maintain a safe, supportive environment
• Support behavioral, emotional, and developmental growth
• Communicate important updates with leadership and care teams
• Collaborate with counseling, education, and case management staff
• Transport residents to appointments or activities as needed
