Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements daily nursing care routines including medication administration and education for youth and families.
• Schedules medical appointments and accompanies youth to visits.
• Provides medical and mental health emergency care as needed.
• Assists with admission assessments and orientation to the program.
• Documents medical orders and assessments according to policy.
• Demonstrates teamwork and professionalism with staff and treatment team.
