Job summary

Family & Children's Center in Minnesota is seeking a Case Manager to deliver mental health interventions to youth in day treatment programs. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, you will help clients move toward their treatment goals and support billing for skills training under supervision.

You will participate in the Day Treatment team, review assessments, maintain documentation, and provide family or individual skills training under the Clinical Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Experience delivering mental health services to youth.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and youth boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health interventions for clients as directed.
• Review treatment paperwork and ensure skills are taught accordingly.
• Ensure documentation is completed according to policies and standards.
• Participate as a Day Treatment team member and coordinate daily operations.
• Provide family and/or individual skills training and document sessions.
