Family & Children's Center in Winona, MN invites a Clinical Trainee to join the Day Treatment team. Under supervision, you will provide psychotherapy, diagnostic assessments, and educational support to individuals, couples, families, and groups, while maintaining timetabled caseload and quality documentation.

This position emphasizes professional growth through structured supervision, hands-on practice in diverse settings, and collaboration with referring sources to ensure evidence-based care

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited graduate program to prepare for independent licensure.
• Or completed an accredited graduate program and in compliance with licensing board requirements.
• Supervised practicum or internship with license holder and compliance with supervised practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy, diagnostic assessments, and related services within scope.
• Maintain client files and timely documentation in the EHR.
• Participate in supervision, meetings and outreach as requested.
• Support agency mission and deliver evidence-based care with positive outcomes.
