Universal Health Services' San Marcos Treatment Center seeks a Mental Health Associate (MHA) to support the daily schedule and provide a safe, therapeutic environment for youth.

The role requires 32 hours per week with shifts 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a and weekend availability; on-site work in Central Texas; requires high school diploma, preferred Bachelor's, CPR preferred, psychiatric experience preferred, and background check.

Qualifikationen

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Psychiatric experience preferred (2 years).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass a Criminal Background check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.

• Provide a safe and therapeutic environment and implement the daily program schedule.
• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation.
• Communicate with coworkers, supervisors and other team members regarding patient care and safety concerns.
