Job summary

San Marcos Treatment Center, a psychiatric residential treatment facility serving girls and boys ages 6 to 17, is seeking a Mental Health Associate (MHA) to support daily treatment programs and ensure accurate documentation. The role requires weekend availability, 40 hours per week, and participation in a structured clinical team environment at our Central Texas location between Austin and San Antonio.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Psychiatric experience preferred (2 years).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation.
• Communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and other team members regarding patient care and safety concerns.
