Job summary

An educational nonprofit organization in Chicago is seeking a Youth Programs Coordinator to develop and manage literacy programs for elementary and middle school children. The successful candidate will engage with youth and families, coordinate events, and collaborate with community partners. Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience developing curriculum for youth audiences.

  • Detail orientation for scheduling and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop youth-centered literacy programs for elementary and middle school children.
  • Support program logistics and communication with families and partners.
  • Coordinate and lead interactive workshops and literacy experiences.
  • Evaluate the impact of literacy programs in collaboration with management.
