Greater Holyoke YMCA seeks Life & Workforce Readiness Director to provide strategic leadership for teen programming serving ages 12-18. You will design, deliver, and expand a continuum of programs across Explore, Develop, and Apply stages, focusing on academic success, health, character, and workforce readiness.

Reporting to the Senior Program Director, you will build partnerships with families, schools, and community partners, manage staff, and ensure quality, impact, and certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Degree in Education or Social Work preferred.
• Minimum of three years with teens/youth
• 1–2 years supervising community-based youth programs
• Experience managing urban youth programs
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must be 21+ and CPR/First Aid within 3 months; YMCA Leader Certification within 6 months

Responsabilidades

• Design, deliver, and expand a continuum of youth programs Explore, Develop, Apply.
• Lead and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Partner with parents, administrators, and students.
• Ensure safety and compliance with YMCA requirements.
• Develop and implement teen programming across Academic Success, Health & Well-being, and Life & Workforce Readiness.
