Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily life skills to youths aged 16-21 in the community.
• Document participant progress and maintain case notes in Apricot or similar system.
• Coordinate stipends, bus passes, and clothing stipends.
• Collaborate with housing staff to address lease concerns and safety.
• Offer crisis intervention and complete incident reports as needed.
• Participate in monthly case plan meetings and prepare progress reports.
