Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Life Coach to join our Congregate Care Network in Holyoke, MA. This onsite role requires travel between residential programs and collaboration with clinical staff to map progress and build essential skills for youth.

You will identify goals with youth, provide training, and coordinate with external services. A valid driver’s license and current certifications (CPR/First Aid/Meds) are expected as part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years’ experience in residential programs.
• Direct Care experience required.
• Driver’s license and insured car for work.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications current (permitted).

Aufgaben

• Identify goals, tasks and objectives with youth to progress in treatment.
• Provide training and guidance in identified areas and assist in skill development.
• Map out steps to achieve goals and guide youth on how to reach them.
• Act as liaison between youth, program and external services (jobs, volunteering, RMV).
