Job summary

Center for Human Development, Inc. in Springfield, MA is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Congregate Care Network to lead a group home and ensure the safety, stability, and growth of youth in care.

This full-time, on-site role involves supervising staff, coordinating with clinicians, families, and schools, and stepping in for the Program Manager when needed to keep treatment and education on track.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience can substitute).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of residential and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Specialized Knowledge: Experience with youth and families in community child welfare/mental health.
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Program Oversight: assist the Program Manager with daily operations of the group home.
• Staff Leadership & Development: supervise, train, and guide program staff and ensure policies followed.
• Collaborative Care: work with clinical providers, families, schools, and partners to promote safety and outcomes.
• Step-Up Leadership: assume Program Manager responsibilities in their absence.
