Job summary

Fresh Lifelines for Youth is seeking a Leadership and STAY FLY Programs Coordinator to support the SMC Leadership and STAY FLY programs in Redwood City. You will coordinate events, manage materials, track enrollment and attendance, and assist with curriculum delivery for transition‑aged youth in county programs.

The role emphasizes youth development, collaboration with program managers, and a hybrid in‑person/remote work arrangement with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate programs and events.
• Experience supporting youth leadership development or education.
• Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and data entry for programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials and logistics for events and workshops.
• Support weekly workshops and adapt curriculum to youth interests.
• Maintain program enrollment, attendance, and related records in databases.
• Transport youth to program sites and ensure safe, compliant operations.
