Job summary

Fresh Lifelines for Youth Inc. in Redwood City, CA is seeking aLeadership and STAY FLY Programs Coordinator to support Leadership and STAY FLY programs, coordinate events, manage data, and help deliver curriculum for transition-aged youth in the county jails.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with hybrid in-office/remote work and a benefits package, reporting to program managers. Salary is $27.53 per hour with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials and logistics for events and workshops within budget.
• Support weekly STAY FLY workshops and adapt curriculum to youth requests.
• Provide ongoing program support to ensure teams have necessary materials and data entry is accurate.
• Lead transport and logistics for youth to program sites and events.
• Enter reimbursements and monitor spending trends with the Programs Manager.
