Job summary

Fresh Lifelines for Youth is seeking a Law and STAY FLY Programs Coordinator to support the Law and STAY FLY programs in Santa Clara County. You will assist in volunteer recruitment, coordinate events, manage data entry, and lead facilitation of curriculum at program sites, with a focus on efficiency and youth outcomes.

The role involves coordinating referrals, preparing supplies, managing waivers and paperwork, transporting youth as needed, and supporting program staff in delivering

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of youth referrals for the LRE & STAY FLY programs and process referrals within 72 hours.
• Coordinate preparation and logistics for program sites, events, trainings, and supplies.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, interviews, and onboarding, including background checks within 72 hours.
• Provide general programmatic and administrative support and maintain accurate records in ETO, Drive, and Dropbox.
