• Experience in meal preparation and planning.
• Ability to maintain sanitary kitchen and food handling safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing a variety of foods that are culturally and age appropriate.
• Assist in purchasing, preparation and inventory processes.
• Maintain food service records in compliance with USDA regulations.
• Deliver food service in a safe, healthy and timely manner with minimal classroom disruption.
• Maintain FIFO system for food usage.
• Check food temperatures to ensure quality and safety.
