Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with children and young people in youth justice or related settings.
• Proven experience managing complex cases involving vulnerable children.
• Skilled in preparing assessments, reports and intervention plans.
• Experience working in multi-agency partnerships and collaboration.
• Proficiency in delivering evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of children and young people using established youth justice frameworks.
• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans to achieve outcomes.
• Deliver targeted interventions to reduce offending and improve life prospects.
• Manage cases involving pre-court interventions and court orders.
• Monitor progress and review intervention objectives.
