Medical University of South Carolina Health (MUHA) seeks a Therapeutic Assistant in Charleston to provide direct patient care under RN guidance and support the multidisciplinary treatment plan. You will assist with admissions, discharges, and safety within a therapeutic environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field is preferred, with certification in BLS, TACT, and First Aid within specified timelines.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or closely related field, or high school diploma and 1 year of experience in behavioral health or related healthcare required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care under the direction of a registered nurse as directed by the multi-disciplinary treatment plan.
• Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
• Monitor and promote safety of the therapeutic environment.
• Support activities of daily living and the therapeutic program.
