Venture Community Services seeks a Residential House Manager (RHM) to supervise Direct Support Professionals and safeguard the health and safety of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will empower residents to be active in their lives and support program operations across daily activities.

The role involves developing individualized plans, maintaining a home-like environment, and coordinating with families and service providers while upholding agency policies and DDS

Qualifications

• Empathy and teamwork oriented approach to support individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication with families, day programs, physicians, and staff.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of all Direct Care staff in the program.
• Develop and implement ISP (Individualized Support Plans).
• Oversee house operations and services to maintain a home-like environment.
• Adhere to agency policies and DDS mission statement.
• Communicate with families, guardians, and providers; coordinate funding and services.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams; advocate for residents.
