Job summary

Our House is seeking a Program Youth Coordinator to oversee EOCP/HYC’s transitional housing program for young adults (18-25). You will supervise 4–5 Youth Advisors, conduct weekly case management, and coordinate life skills groups and housing/employment supports to help residents achieve independence.

The role emphasizes leadership, data reporting, and collaboration with community partners to ensure resident well-being and successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience assisting homeless or low income young adults.
• Six years of case management experience required.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of transitional housing youth through weekly case management meetings.
• Coordinate weekly life skills groups and housing/employment applications.
• Oversee staff of 4–5 Youth Advisors and provide supervision and training.
• Ensure accurate HMIS updates after client interactions and monthly data reporting.
