Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; nonprofit admin experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain a weekly schedule of approximately 20 hours of structured programming.
• Coordinate workshops and activities with staff, partners, volunteers, and presenters.
• Develop and distribute weekly and monthly programming calendars.
• Manage space, materials, and logistical needs for programming.
• Serve as primary admin contact for community partners providing on-site programming.
• Monitor youth participation and communicate concerns to staff.
• Maintain attendance and participation records for program activities.
• Generate reports for supervisors, staff, and funders.
• Enter documentation into the agency's data systems and maintain records.
