Job summary

Preble Street in Portland, ME seeks an Entry Level Teen Services Caseworker to deliver comprehensive case management and housing-related support for youth ages 12-21 in a 24/7 program. You will help ensure safety, perform outreach, and document data for program reporting.

The role is full-time, 2nd shift (Sun-Thu, 12:30 pm–9:00 pm) with a $1/hr evening differential and benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred; or SW degree with 2-3 years experience.
• Understanding of Harm Reduction, Housing First, and social/economic justice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management and housing-related services.
• Ensure safety of clients and program spaces and participate in outreach.
• Document and report information and data as required; support program goals.
