Preble Street in Portland, ME seeks an Entry Level Teen Services Caseworker to deliver comprehensive case management and housing-related support for youth ages 12-21 in a 24/7 program. You will help ensure safety, perform outreach, and document data for program reporting.
The role is full-time, 2nd shift (Sun-Thu, 12:30 pm–9:00 pm) with a $1/hr evening differential and benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement match.
Level: Entry, Job Location: Preble Street - PORTLAND, ME 04101, Position Type: Full Time, Job Shift: Day, The Teen Services Caseworker provides comprehensive case management and housing-related services while ensuring the safety of clients and program spaces; participates in program coverage and outreach activities; ensures the collection, documentation and reporting of information and data as required; and works as a member of the Teen Services team to support and achieve outcomes aligned with program goals and the agency mission.
Youth between the ages of 12-21 who are currently homeless or experiencing housing instability.
This is a full-time, 2nd shift position with a Sunday to Thursday, 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm schedule.
The hourly rate of pay for this full-time (40 hours/week) position is $23.82 per hour. As a direct service position in a 24/7 program, this position is eligible for a shift differential of $1.00 per hour for all hours worked between 7:00am and 10:00pm.
