Job summary

The role offers full-time, non-exempt status, $27.50 per hour, with overtime; requires a bachelor's in social services and 2–4 years of experience; Spanish preferred; proficiency with Salesforce or HMIS is a plus; valid driver's license and transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• 2–4 years working with vulnerable, at-risk, and/or unhoused youth in housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 28 tenants, build trusting relationships, and foster independent living.
• Assess needs, develop individualized case plans, refer services, and ensure follow-through.
• Provide support based on assessments and life skills milestones; track progress monthly/quarterly.
• Drive tenants to appointments and support housing transition planning.
