Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a Case Manager at the Bannock Youth and Family Center in Denver to provide housing support for youth and youth‑headed households who are literally homeless. You will conduct needs‑based assessments, perform outreach, provide case management, assist with housing navigation, document progress, and coordinate with partners to secure emergency and stable housing.

This full‑time role requires a Colorado driver’s license and involves travel across a seven‑county

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field or related experience.
• At minimum, one year of direct, full‑time case management experience working with youth who are experiencing homelessness.
• Experience working with literally homeless population; youth and youth headed households.
• Familiarity with current housing market information, housing trends and available resources.
• Colorado driver’s license and state‑mandated automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides intensive case management; ensures participant receives regular engagement in services.
• Conducts needs‑based assessments and housing navigation.
• Assists with community‑wide outreach to identify eligible participant households to secure housing.
• Coordinates with care teams and external partners to deliver housing and support services.
• Maintains accurate documentation of participant interactions and eligibility.
