Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations, resident safety, and staff scheduling.
• Provide leadership and oversight in the absence of the Director.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state, county, and PREA standards.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop Youth Home staff.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with partner agencies and stakeholders.
