Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.
• Four years of social work or counseling experience, including two years in supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with five years of social work experience, including supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of an overall strategic plan for the Child & Family Services Division.
• Ongoing collection of data and statistical analysis.
• Work collaboratively with the DSS Board, County Commissioners, funders and other providers to obtain needed resources.
• Develop and implement plans to ensure adequate staffing levels and competencies.
• Direct the work of the division through supervision of program managers.
