Compass NOVA is actively seeking passionate mental health clinicians for the Intensive In-Home program. This role supports residents pursuing licensure (LPC or LCSW) through structured supervision and a diverse caseload in home and community settings.

Clinicians provide services to youth and families, with opportunities for outpatient and community-based work, under strong supervision and mentorship in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field.
• Eligible for Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work status in Virginia.
• Valid driver's license with minimum 1 year driving history and good driving record.
• Availability for afternoon and evening appointments.
• Commitment to providing community-based services.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings
• Support youth and families in achieving treatment goals and improving functioning
• Engage caregivers, schools, and other treatment professionals to strengthen support systems
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultation
• Maintain timely documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements
• Ensure clients have access to 24/7 crisis support
