Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Current licensure or certification as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing direct mental health services.
• Strong knowledge of CBT or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs in community environments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with evidence-based techniques.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed for acute distress.
• Coordinate care with families, caregivers, healthcare providers, and community resources.
