Ford Ice Center in Nashville seeks a Youth Hockey Manager to lead in-house youth programs across Smashville Ice Rinks, coordinating coaches, volunteers, and participants to drive participation and revenue. You will plan, organize, and promote leagues and events, manage Youth Hockey Coordinators, and oversee Little Preds programs, tournaments, and registrations.

Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Business Management or related field preferred.
• Three years hockey coaching experience, including 8U/10U levels, preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and promoting in-house youth hockey programs for Smashville Ice Rinks.
• Recruit and train coaches and volunteers; manage Youth Hockey Coordinators.
• Coordinate staffing responsibilities for programs and plan in-house leagues to drive season revenue.
• Oversee tournaments: Preds Girls Classic, Smashville Women’s Collegiate Showcase, and other events.
• Process registrations, payments, and create schedules for all centers; support games, camps, and classes.
• Respond to customer questions and analyze programs to improve offerings.
