Job summary

Project WILL, Inc. is seeking a Growth Facilitation Specialist at our West Side location in Indianapolis.

The GFS will provide interactive and supportive instruction and supervision to a small group of clients to foster independence and goal achievement. This role supports linking to curriculum and community service projects, collaborates with the Program Manager on special grant-related initiatives, and requires a Bachelor's degree with at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Six months relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of person-centered planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide approximately 32 hours per week of direct supervision to a group of 4 clients.
• Implement strategies in the PCISP/Client Success Plan and record progress.
• Record data and monitor progress toward goals.
• Assist with planning and coordinating activities and community service projects.
• Administer medications per policy and document.
• Support quarterly planning meetings and coordinate with families and IST members.
