Job summary

A community support organization is seeking a Youth and Family Support Specialist to provide essential support for youth and their families in Indianapolis. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in social work, psychology, or a related field is often preferred.
• Passion for working with young people and a strong belief in their potential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and interactive group.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in group facilitation and youth development preferred.
• Must pass all Department of Child Services required background checks.
