Job summary

Project WILL, Inc. is hiring a Growth Facilitation Specialist to lead interactive group activities for clients at our West Side location. The role focuses on implementing Person-Centered plans, tracking progress, and linking to community service opportunities.

The specialist will support the Program Manager on special projects related to restricted grant funding and help foster inclusive community engagement for young adults with behavioral health challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Six months relevant work experience required.
• NADSP Credential within 18 months of starting in position.
• Knowledge of Person-Centered Planning and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide approximately 32 hours per week of direct supervision to a group of 4 clients.
• Support activities aligned with PCISP and Client Success Plan goals.
• Record progress data and document outcomes.
• Utilize personal adaptive equipment and strategies to enable participation.
• Coordinate mentoring activities and support community service projects.
• Assist with photographs and videography content for marking purposes.
