Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent education.
• Six months of full-time experience observing, evaluating, developing, and monitoring human behavior and performance, or an associate degree/certificate in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous interactive supervision of youth.
• Oversee daily activities and transport youth for programming or community activities.
• Build rapport, address and redirect behavior, and reinforce pro-social skills.
• Monitor health and safety, conduct security inspections as needed, and assist with medical needs under supervision.
