Cross Paths LLC in San Tan Valley, AZ is hiring weekend-only staff to support youth aged 6-17 in a supervised environment. This part-time role involves role-modeling, supervision, safety, and documentation while following policies.

Requirements include at least 1 year working with youth, valid Arizona driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and successful background checks. Pay starts at $17.50 per hour with some shifts and a probation period.

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with youth or related field.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License and 60 month Driving History Report.
• CPR/First Aid Card and health clearance.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks; Arizona DPS Class 1 clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Role model the expected behavior per policy.
• Interactive supervision.
• Maintain health, safety and welfare of client and staff.
• Follow the daily schedule.
• Complete daily documentation as specified.
• House must be kept clean at all times.
• Transporting clients in authorized agency vehicles only.
• Maintain trainings and certifications.
• Other duties may be assigned by House Manager.

Cross Paths is actively seeking professional individuals with the skill sets to engage and inspire youth. Individuals seeking employment with Cross Paths must be able to work with teenage youth ages 6-17(males)

Our youth need consistency, nurturing, structure and positive adult role models. Appropriate professional boundaries with youth, staff and outside agencies are required. Individuals must be able to implement team goals and objectives as well as adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Must be able to pass PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS and OBTAIN AN ARIZONA D.P.S CLASS 1 CLEARANCE CARD.
