Job summary

Zarephath in Tucson seeks a Youth Enrichment Specialist to support youth ages 1–17, building confidence, teaching life skills, and creating positive memories in community and residential settings. You’ll lead adventures, foster social growth, and provide a stable, therapeutic environment where kids feel seen and heard, while spending weekends in the field and with our houses.

• 21+ years old (for agency vehicle operation)
• CPR/First Aid, TB test results, Fingerprint Card
• Valid AZ Driver’s License
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook

Our Community Presence
We operate 2dedicated residential houses across Tucson. These homes serve as the "hub" for our youth—safe, supportive environments where healing and growth happen every day. You'll be a key part of the team keeping these houses vibrant and therapeutic.
Your Weekend Mission
You’ll spend your weekends (Friday afternoon through Sunday) mentoring youth ages 1–17. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the community and in residential settings, helping kids hit their goals through:

• Adventures: Leading community outings to parks, museums, and cultural events
• Growth: Working side‑by‑side with youth on social skills and personal development
• Safety & Support: Providing a stable, therapeutic environment where kids feel seen and heard

The Schedule
Perfect for students or those seeking a meaningful weekend role:

• Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Need to Join Us

• 21+ Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
• 1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
• Valid AZ Driver’s License

Compensation

• $18.00 per hour
