Job summary

Cross Paths LLC is seeking individuals to support and engage youth aged 6-15. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, adherence to company policies, and a commitment to providing a nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with children, a high school diploma, and be at least 21 years old. Starting pay is $17.50, with multiple shift options available.

• Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving history.

Job Description

Cross Paths is actively seeking professional individuals with the skill sets to engage and inspire youth. Individuals seeking employment with Cross Paths must be able to work with teenage youth ages 6-15.

Our youth need consistency, nurturing, structure and positive adult role models. Appropriate professional boundaries with youth, staff and outside agencies are required. Individuals must be able to implement team goals and objectives as well as adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service.

Shift Options

• Sunday - Wednesday - 8:30pm-4:30pm (additional hours available upon availability and request!!!)
• Option #1: Tuesday - Saturday - 2:30pm -10:30pm (additional hours available upon availability and request)
• Option #2

Compensation

• Starting pay $17.50!!!
• Referral fee for each successful hire you recommend

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent - (Requirement)

Experience

• Working with kids for minimum - 2 year (Required)
• One year of experience of working with youth or related field and at least 21 years of age or older

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Driver's License and 60 month Driving History Report
• A Physical Health report and a current CPR/First Aid Card
• Level 1 Finger Print Clearance Card/pre-obtaining Finger Print Clearance Card
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks and obtain an Arizona D.P.S Class 1 clearance card
• 21 years of age - Minimum

Essential Job Functions

• Complete daily documentation as specified
• House must be kept clean at all times
• Transporting clients in authorized agency vehicles only
• Maintain all company and state required trainings and certifications
