Job summary

Boys Town in Omaha, NE seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee Safe and effective services for Young Adults. You will supervise specialists, ensure documentation accuracy, and advocate for participants while coordinating with families and community partners.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent experience; strong leadership, confidentiality, and MS Office skills; on-call duties and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (or 5 years of relevant experience).
• Experience with supervising staff and managing youth programs is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and effective provision of services to young adults.
• Supervise Specialists in program planning and community supports.
• Monitor records and documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to reports of unsafe or inappropriate behavior and ensure risk management.
