Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator for our adult foster care program in Cambridge, MN.

The role involves leading daily operations, developing person-centered plans, and supervising staff to help residents live independently. Qualified candidates will have a human services-related degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifikationen

• A valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Education must be related to a field in human services, education, or health.
• Work experience must include full-time work in direct care services to persons with disabilities or age 65+.
• Post-offer background check and Motor Vehicle Report required.

Aufgaben

• Managing the daily operations of the home.
• Developing and facilitating person-centered plans.
• Providing leadership, training and supervision of staff.
• Assuring adequate staffing within budget guidelines.
• Performing program scheduling, payroll, and office functions.
• Developing outcomes/learning objectives.
• Reporting on individual progress.
• Compliance with licensing rules/regulations.
• Communicating with support team members.
• Providing direct support for residents’ personal care, activities, and community involvement.

Four-year degree with at least one year of work experience in the field

Two-year degree + two years of experience in the field

Diploma + three years of experience in the field

Four years of work experience with 50 hours of education/training related to human services and disabilities
