Job summary

NHS Northstar, Inc. is hiring a Residential Services Supervisor (RSS) to lead ground operations at one of our residential program sites in Minnesota. You will supervise direct support staff, help manage finances, staff schedules, and client goals with a person-centered approach.

Base pay starts at $22–$24/hour with enhanced rates for certain programs; a starting bonus of $250 is paid after 90 days. Positions are full-time with multiple Minnesota locations, including Bovey, Chisholm and Embarrass.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and DHS background check required.
• Meet driving requirements acceptable to NHS Northstar’s insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Mission, Vision, and Guiding Principles of NHS Northstar.
• Supervises direct support staff and coordinates program operations.
• Create and monitor staff schedules within budget and program needs.
• Ensure quality care while protecting client rights and dignity.
• Oversee training for new employees and ensure attendance at required trainings.
• Adhere to person-centered planning and individual plans.
