Amazing Athletes is seeking a dedicated Youth Flag Football Coach & Referee (Part-Time) to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness among children aged 5-12. The role involves coaching fundamental flag football skills and officiating games in a fun, supportive environment. Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting engaging, age-appropriate practices focused on skill development and team dynamics.
2. Teaching rules and strategies of flag football while fostering a respectful and enjoyable environment.
3. Officiating games to ensure fair play and adherence to rules.
4. Providing constructive feedback and encouragement to build players' confidence and skills.
5. Communicating with parents regarding player progress and program events.
6. Maintaining safety standards during practices and games.

Requirements include prior coaching experience preferred, strong knowledge of flag football rules, effective communication skills, passion for youth sports, outdoor work capability, background check clearance, reliable transportation, and availability during weekends, evenings, and after school hours (3pm-7pm).
