Job summary

The Multi-Agency Alliance for Children is seeking a Youth and Family Coordinator for the PACT program in Savannah, GA. The role maintains a caseload and coordinates the full support process for youth and families, developing goal‑oriented action plans and safety plans for crises.

Travel within Georgia is required to meet with youth, families, and partner agencies. You will document activities promptly, build local resources, and connect youth to essential supports in home, school, and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of Georgia’s behavioral health, child welfare and education systems.
• Ability to document activities with timely, well-written records.
• Ability to work across multiple teams toward youth best interests.
• Respect for youth voice and include youth in care planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain caseload and coordinate goal‑oriented action plans for youth and families.
• Coordinate ongoing meetings with youth, families and partner agencies.
• Write and develop plans to support youth and family success.
• Document activities promptly and maintain records.
• Develop resources and make referrals as needed.
